Just came across this campaign:

The bicycle ride is 1,084 Kilometres and is in Thailand.  Participating members will pay for expenses out of their own pocket, and therefore all donations will go straight to charity. Anyone donating will not only feel good by donating to wonderful cause, but will also get access to the photos of the ride and people afterwards.
